Jadey SI

The service-oriented operating model. Executable in your enterprise.

Jadey SI is enterprise software for the service-oriented operating model. Service Agents take on defined services and work with people, departments, and existing systems, with clear accountability for the agreed outcome.

A new way to deliver services

Go beyond task automation. Organize work differently.

Enterprises invest in AI, automate processes, and connect systems. Yet who is accountable for delivering a service through to its outcome often remains fragmented across departments, applications, and individual steps.

Jadey addresses this by giving services clear customers, accountabilities, and outcomes. People and Service Agents collaborate under shared rules. Automating individual tasks becomes a new form of operational collaboration.

Service Agents

AI that takes responsibility for services, beyond individual tasks.

An AI agent can process information, perform tasks, and involve other contributors. A Jadey Service Agent takes on a defined service for a customer within the service-oriented operating model.

It knows the expected outcome, the conditions for delivery, and the boundaries of its authority. It organizes the necessary contributions, checks their results, and continues the request until the service is delivered or a decision or escalation is required.

The distinction lies in its role: the Service Agent acts as an accountable provider within a shared service organization, rather than as an isolated automation.

Collaboration

People and Service Agents. One shared organization of work.

Enterprise work depends on the interaction of different capabilities. Service Agents can draw on services from other agents, business teams, employees, and connected systems. People remain accountable where their expertise, decisions, or approval are required.

What matters is how these contributions come together to deliver a verifiable outcome, regardless of who performs each individual step. Responsibilities and decision rights remain clearly defined.

Outcome accountability

Accountability continues across organizational boundaries.

Sending a message does not mean a service has been delivered. Completing a step does not mean a request has been resolved.

When information is missing, deadlines change, or results fall short of requirements, the request remains open. Service Agents can pursue questions, initiate rework, request additional services, and assess alternatives within their authority. Where that authority ends, people are involved.

The measure of success is delivery of the agreed service, beyond completion of an individual step.

Reuse

What works becomes a capability of the enterprise.

Established services, domain requirements, and ways of collaborating do not need to be rebuilt from scratch for each new use case.

Jadey makes existing services reusable across further cases and business areas, with continued development alongside domain teams. Each suitable deployment expands the enterprise's available capabilities, beyond increasing the number of automated tasks.

The complete product

One software product for execution, management, and development.

Service Agents are the execution core of Jadey SI. Complementary capabilities help the enterprise design, manage, and develop its service organization.

  • Jadey Steward reveals how work is delivered today and supports the redesign of services and accountabilities.
  • Jadey Atlas provides visibility into service execution, outcomes, and relevant costs as a basis for leadership and decisions.

All components serve one purpose: a service-oriented operating model that is put into practice and actively managed within the enterprise.

Existing systems

Existing investments become part of the collaboration.

Jadey does not require enterprises to replace their existing software and AI landscape. Business applications, automations, and other agent platforms can contribute services through configured connections.

Existing capabilities can thus participate in a shared, outcome-oriented way of working, with their respective permissions and accountabilities.

Enterprise deployment

Built for your enterprise environment.

Jadey SI executes service requests through a persistent agent runtime in customer-controlled Kubernetes environments. People, Service Agents, and existing enterprise systems collaborate within approved roles, permissions, and interfaces. Model selection and cost profiles remain controllable within the configured provider and governance framework; Jadey operates the agent runtime as a Managed Runtime within the agreed scope.

Trust & Security covers cloud and on-premises operation, model integration, BYOK, technical permissions, audit, and operational responsibilities. Governance explains the review, approval, and escalation rules of a service request, and their independent application by Service Agents during execution.

An illustrative scenario

One request. Multiple contributors. One accountable outcome.

Illustrative scenario: A delivery is at risk of missing its committed date. Resolving the situation requires information from inventory, dispatch, and supplier communications. The responsible Service Agent brings these contributions together, resolves inconsistencies, and follows up on missing commitments. Decisions beyond its authority go to the responsible employees.

The case remains under active ownership until the agreed service has been delivered or the next decision has been made.

The objective is dependable accountability for the outcome, beyond the automation of individual steps.

Introduction and impact

Start in one area. Build a new capability.

A service-oriented operating model does not have to be introduced throughout the enterprise at once. The starting point is a defined area of responsibility: which services are delivered, what outcomes are owed, who and which systems contribute, and where authority and control points lie.

From there, the approach can be tested and progressively developed. Its impact must be measurable through concrete outcomes, such as delivery quality, coordination effort, and reuse of existing capabilities.
